On Saturday, December 6th, W7AQ has been asked to participate in a statewide communications exercise by the Yakima Valley Office of Emergency Management! The exercise is called Operation Cascade Blackout. There's two ways to participate: - Help build and antenna and make a contact with the EOC. We plan to have two teams, one each to make a 2m (VHF) and 80m (HF) antenna. - Contact the EOC from home or your location.
